Throughout the season, athletes will:
• Train in stunting, tumbling, jumps, and choreography
• Build strength, confidence, and discipline
• Learn routine performance skills for local and national competitions
• Form lasting friendships and be part of a supportive, high-energy team environment
Our season includes:
• Weekly team practices
• Specialty clinics and skill-building sessions
• Community performances
• Participation in cheer competitions from fall through spring

• Fundamental body control and flexibility
• Proper technique for rolls, cartwheels, handsprings, tucks, layouts, and beyond
• Drills to build strength, coordination, and power
• Individualized coaching for all skill levels
